No Refund or Exchange After Order Acceptance
Once your order has been delivered and accepted as accurate and complete, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@bellodona.com. Your email must include: An unboxing video Clear images of the delivered product A brief description of the issue
Return Conditions
Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused and unopened
- Must include a copy of the original receipt
- Must have a valid return/exchange authorization number provided by our team
Please note: Products that are opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Replacement Process
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7–10 working days for the refund process. You will receive a confirmation once your return has been completed.
